Description: Identifying the cause of the multiple building failures. Providing design alternatives with cost estimates and writing remediation Design/Build specifications for the Owner's use.

Valley Cemetery Chapel Restoration Project

Project: ADA compliant adaptive reuse from a cemetery chapel to a visitor's center for the Valley Cemetery/Park Restoration Project.

Description: Restoration and the adaptive reuse of the chapel building was a sub-project developed by J5architects for the friends of the Valley Cemetery. Remediation plans and specifications for the building enclosure along with a conceptual plans for a visitor center, art gallery, new exterior plaza deck with overlook balcony and barrier free ADA compliant access.
